Thermoghaphy
The thermal camera detects the thermal alterations of a component or a machine by translating them into “warm” or “cold” colors on the screen, thus it is possible to define the area affected by thermal imbalance, since the operating temperature range is known. Once the anomaly that causes overheating has been identified, the area on which the problem arises is circumscribed to trace the causes and recommend the appropriate corrective actions to the Customer to plan a replacement or restoration maintenance intervention.
Being able to thermally map the overheating phenomena of a circuit, an electrical panel or a terminal block, means preventing failures, a consequence of the alteration of the temperature, which are sometimes irreparably harmful.
Through the use of professional thermal imaging cameras Flir (USA), world leader in the production of infrared technologies, ISE technicians detect the measurements on site, store the data, compare and process them, releasing to the Customer the diagnoses and recommendations, i.e. a summary on what has been analyzed and on how it is recommended to proceed.
The thermography on electrical systems, economic, rapid and conducted with non-invasive instrumentation, is able to measure the deviations of the effective temperature of use, parameterizing them to the normal thermal values of operation, warning us of the approach of a malfunction or a component or machine failure.
