ISE S.r.l., as Data Controller, informs you, pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation April 27th 2016 n. 679 “General Data Protection Regulations” (hereinafter the “Regulations”), that the personal data you provide will be processed as follows:

1. Categories of personal data
The personal data that may be processed are: personal and contact details entered on the Workshop Application form.

2. Purpose of the processing
a) Your personal data will be processed for registration to the workshop;
b) Your data may also be processed for sending informative and promotional material through our newsletter service.

3. Legal basis and contribution
The legal basis for the processing indicated in point 2.a) is the execution of a contract you are a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The provision of personal data is necessary to register for the workshop and failure to provide it will make it impossible for our staff to execute your requests.
The legal basis for the processing indicated in point 2.b) is the consent you have given which can be withdrawn at any time. The provision of the requested information is optional, but their non-release will determine the impossibility for the writer to provide this service.

4. Data Retention period
The data will be collected and stored for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above.
The data processed for the purposes indicated in point 2.a) will be stored for the period of time necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes.
The data processed for the purposes indicated in point 2.b) will be stored until the consent is withdrawn.

5. Recipients of personal data
The personal data you provide will be processed by designated personnel, appropriately trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. Personal data may also be processed by third parties that provide instrumental services, including communication services, e-mail, postal mailservices , technical services for the management of the Site, IT service providers or, depending on the requests, to service providers regarding the nature of the complaint or suggestion.
To subscribe to the Newsletter service your data is transferred to the platform called MailChimp, belonging to the Rocket Science Group, LLC company, which is based in the United States and adheres to the Privacy Shield Frameworks (more information can be found at https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000TO6hAAG ), which imposes a level of protection of personal data equal to the standards required by the European Privacy Supervisor Authority. The aforementioned company will process the data of the interested parties in compliance with the aforementioned standards (see information at the link: http://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy).
Only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the related functions will be communicated to the subjects indicated above. The updated list of all recipients is available at the headquarters of the data controller and will be provided at the request of the interested party by writing to the following e-mail address: [email protected].

6. Your rights
We also inform you that, with respect to the data, you may at any time exercise the rights provided for by CHAPTER III of the Regulation.
In particular, you have the right to request access to the data concerning you, their correction or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to object in whole or in part to the use of the data; and to exercise the other rights recognized to you by the applicable discipline.

According to the art. 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in case you believe that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
